The company introduced the world-famous Burger King franchise to Mongolia in 2015. It is the exclusive license holder and brand developer of Burger King brand in Mongolia. The country's QSR market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 13.5 percent from 2017 to 2022, according to National Bureau of Statistics. The fast-food industry, in particular, has grown and benefitted from this global economic integration. The company holds 14% market share of QSR industry in 2019. Mongolia's pace of urbanization is accelerating, a large number of rural populations are pouring into the cities, and the consumption capacity of original urban population is gradually increasing.
