Cenk Ucal

Cenk Ucal has a diverse range of work experience in the fast food industry. Cenk started their career at Jack in the Box as a Brand Performance Consultant, where they provided strategic consulting and coaching on restaurant performance. Cenk also maintained strong relationships with franchise owners and corporate leadership. After that, they worked at Subway as a Franchisee Business Consultant, overseeing 55 units and focusing on brand compliance, business opportunities, and operational standards. Cenk developed and implemented successful marketing strategies. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Burger King, where they lead a high-performing team of District Managers and focuses on problem-solving, brand standards, and customer experience. Cenk is also involved in restaurant development, marketing strategies, and new training programs.

Cenk Ucal has a degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Cenk also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Mission College. Additionally, they are a Certified Servsafe Instructor & Proctor, obtained from the National Restaurant Association.
