Timothy Escover has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, serving in various leadership roles over the years. From August 2019 to May 2023, Timothy was the Senior Director of Operations and Area Director at Burger Lounge, where responsibilities included leading restaurant General Managers and driving company goals. Prior experience includes positions as Market Captain and District Manager at Smashburger from July 2013 to December 2018, and as Area Manager at Boston Market from 1994 to 2013. Earlier in Timothy's career, roles included Food Server/Bartender at The Fish Market and Maitre'd Fine Dining at Alexander's Marriott Hotel, where Timothy gained significant expertise in fine dining and customer service. Timothy holds a degree in Multi Unit Management from Hamburger University-McDonald's and studied Business Management at Texas State University.
