Allison Hall

Allison Hall is an accomplished property and leasing professional with extensive experience across various leading firms within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Head of Development at Burger Urge since September 2025, Allison previously held the role of Head of Property at Retail Zoo, where responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end leasing and property strategy as well as new store growth plans. Prior positions include Senior Director of Property Management at CBRE, Relationship Director for the Department of Defence at JLL, and various leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Just Group, and Westpac, demonstrating a strong track record in managing significant portfolios and teams, negotiating transactions, and enhancing property strategies. Allison holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Property from RMIT University, complemented by a Real Estate Certificate.
