Manuel Dufresne

Manuel Dufresne is a seasoned corporate development executive with extensive experience in driving growth strategies and managing partnerships across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Epiq since September 2025, Manuel has previously held significant roles including EVP of Corporate Development and Partner Revenue at Go1, where responsibilities included acting as interim CFO and overseeing corporate development and partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as VP & GM for Strategy, Corporate Development & Partnerships at Skillsoft, and a managerial position at Bain & Company, focusing on private equity and technology. Manuel has also contributed to corporate development and strategy at Ascend Learning during a secondment from Bain, and has earlier experience at Capgemini Consulting and as an R&D engineer at Ceric Technologies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from ESSEC Business School, an industrial engineering degree from Arts et Métiers, and a finance and strategy exchange program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
