Amy McPherson

Amy is a solicitor within the firm's construction and engineering team, based in the firm’s Edinburgh office, qualifying as a solicitor in September 2020.

She advises on contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters and has acted for developers, funders, contractors and public sector organisations.

Amy is familiar with industry standard form contracts such as FIDIC and NEC and has experience in negotiating, reviewing and drafting project specific contracts such as works contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and parent company guarantees.
