Luke Addison

Luke is an associate in the firm's Banking and Finance team with extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents for a broad range of domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional finance transactions. He acts for lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and commercial clients. Luke is regularly responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on complex commercial projects.

Luke spent six months on secondment to Lloyds Banking Group plc in 2018 as a member of the Debt Products Legal Team for the Commercial Banking Legal Group, where he provided transactional support and advice on a wide variety of matters including refinancing and turnaround work, restructuring, and security issues, as well as advising the Bank on several strategic projects.
