Martin Cook

Martin Cook is a legal professional with extensive experience in the fintech, technology, and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Partner and Director at Burges Salmon LLP since December 2020, Martin advises businesses on matters including growth strategies, regulatory compliance, risk management, and technology needs. Previous roles include General Counsel and Group Company Secretary at WorldRemit, where responsibilities encompassed legal, regulatory, and enterprise risk management, and Global Head of Legal and Regulatory at Funding Circle UK. Martin has also contributed as a founding member of the FinTech Delivery Panel.
