Nisha is a senior associate in the firm’s corporate team with core expertise in transactional intellectual property and commercial contracts.

She has specialist and sector expertise in R&D, engineering and manufacture and has an excellent understanding of the legal and commercial challenges within the field, having spent several years in-house in both industry and the public sector.

Nisha also has expertise in IP licensing and branding having given strategic advice on and managed global trade mark portfolios for household brands.
