Sarah Marchant

Sarah has experience in all areas of family law including divorce, financial settlements on divorce, marital agreements (pre and post nuptial), disputes arising from cohabitation, and cases with an international element. She also has experience in private law children matters including Children Act applications and injunctive proceedings.

Sarah is a member of Resolution and a committee member of the National Resolution Cohabitation Committee, Bristol Junior Lawyers Division and Bristol Young Resolution.
