Tim Roberts

Tim trained with Burges Salmon and is a director in the firm's corporate finance team. His practice covers all areas of corporate finance, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across the training, recruitment, leisure and technology sectors, among others. Tim has been advising institutions, founders and management teams on complex exit processes and acquisitions/investments for more than fifteen years and therefore understands the priorities and concerns from both sides of a transaction.
