Jesse Borrego

Jesse Borrego is an experienced Senior Civil Engineering Designer and CAD Manager, currently employed at Burgess & Niple since February 2016, overseeing projects related to land development, roadway design, and various water and wastewater systems. Prior to this role, Jesse held similar positions at CMA Engineering, Inc., and TRE and Associates, focusing on lift stations, water treatment plants, and other civil engineering projects. Jesse's background includes significant experience in Civil 3D software and management of CAD departments, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, Jesse worked at Gray Engineering Inc. as a Design Manager, contributing expertise in subdivision design and public works initiatives. Jesse is an alumnus of Austin Community College.
