Onno van Nielen has extensive experience in technical sales and customer service within the printing and packaging industries. Currently serving as Technical Customer Service Manager at Burgo Group since December 2021, Onno previously held the position of Technical Sales Service Manager at WestRock Company, a prominent American packaging firm, from September 2010 to November 2021. Earlier roles included Sales Executive at Komori International Netherlands B.V., where Onno focused on increasing the installed base of sheetfed offset presses, and Principal Owner of Paper&print consultancy. Onno's career began as an Account Executive and Printmanager at Roto Smeets, emphasizing customer relationships and technical support. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Management and a Bachelor in Printing Industry from Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht.
