Mahmoud Zaki

Mahmoud Zaki has a extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Mahmoud has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as Deputy Director - Patient Experience at Burjeel Holdings since 2023. Previously, they worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2002 to 2023, where they held roles such as Director of Guest Services, Front Office Manager, Guest Services Manager, Night Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Guest Experience Manager, Chief Concierge, Assistant Chief Concierge, and Concierge Supervisor. Before that, they worked at Movenpick Media City as a Receptionist in 2002 and at Sherato Cairo as a Concierge Agent from 1999 to 2002.

Mahmoud Zaki attended the Faculty of Alsun, Spanish Department from 1996 to 2002. Mahmoud obtained a degree in "Good" and specialized in the field of language. Additionally, they have a certification in "Unlocking Authentic Communication in a Culturally-Diverse Workplace" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2022.
