Michael Krehel has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on reservoir and production engineering. Currently serving as Asset Manager at Burk Royalty Co., LTD. since September 2024, Michael previously co-founded and held the position of Vice President of Operations at AVAD Energy Partners, LLC from November 2016 to September 2024. Prior to these roles, Michael worked at Southwestern Energy for over six years, advancing through positions such as Senior Reservoir Engineer, Senior Production Engineer, and Field Production Engineer, with responsibilities in various shale formations, including the Marcellus and Fayetteville Shales. Michael started the career as a Production Engineer Intern at Southwestern Energy in 2009, following the completion of a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2010.
