Kaitlin Burkentine has an extensive work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. Kaitlin started their career at Toys R Us in 2014 as a Transportation Intern, where they analyzed data and created a standard operating procedure for monitoring duration times at distribution centers. In 2015, they joined Burlington Stores, Inc. as an Assistant Buyer, responsible for selecting and procuring merchandise, providing operational support to buyers, and building vendor relationships. In 2015, they also joined Burkentine Real Estate Group as an Office/Accounts Manager, before being promoted to Human Resources Director in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People & Culture at Burkentine Real Estate Group, a role they assumed in June 2022.
Kaitlin Burkentine attended Penn State University from 2011 to 2015, where they studied at the Smeal College of Business. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Gettysburg High School from 2008 to 2011. In 2013, Kaitlin also participated in a program at The Institute at Palazzo Rucellai, focusing on International Business. Kaitlin obtained a certification in the Smeal Honor Code from Penn State University in 2014.
