Ashley Roaseau

Ashley Roaseau, MPP, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in people operations, finance, and accounting. Currently serving as a People Operations Partner at Burkland since March 2022, Ashley collaborates with high-growth startups to shape organizational culture and serves as the sole member of the People Team for various clients. Previous experience includes roles such as Assistant Director of Finance at Infostructure, where responsibilities encompassed managing accounts receivable and payable processes, staff training, and compliance functions. Additional positions include Billing & Audit Specialist at Cramer & Associates, Executive Operations Manager at Personalized Software, and Co-Founder & COO at Stay Alive Oakland. Ashley possesses advanced degrees including a Master’s in Public Policy from Mills College and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
