Lisa Wagner

Lisa Wagner is an experienced finance and human resources professional with a robust background in both private and public sectors. Currently serving as Controller at Burl Oaks Golf Club since March 2019, Lisa is responsible for finance operations and human resources, providing guidance to the Board of Directors on financial forecasting and strategic planning. Previously, Lisa held various leadership positions within Minnetonka Public Schools, including Chair of the School Board, and worked as Business Manager at Microgigantic, overseeing accounting and HR functions. Additional roles include Advisory positions in financial management and talent management at Homi Inc. and Human Resources support at Paisley Park. Lisa's extensive experience began at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation as Director of Human Resources, managing HR operations across multiple manufacturing locations, and was preceded by a role as University Recruiting Manager at Oracle. Lisa is a Stanford University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs.
