Vincent Mayberry P.e.

Vincent Mayberry P.E. is an accomplished Project Manager and Estimator at Burleigh Construction since September 2025, with extensive experience at the Virginia Department of Transportation from June 2011 to September 2025 as an Area Construction Engineer. In this role, Vincent led a team of Construction Managers and Inspectors focused on delivering the Lynchburg District’s Construction Program with an emphasis on safety, quality, and environmental stewardship while meeting project timelines and budgets. Previous roles include Senior Supervisor Engineer for Project Controls and Senior Structural Engineer, with responsibilities ranging from contract administration to construction dispute resolution. Vincent holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Central Virginia Community College, as well as a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
