Jaya Pandey

Jaya Pandey is an experienced Product Manager at Burlington English since October 2024, previously serving as an Education Coach at XSEED Education, where responsibilities included implementing programs in over 25 schools and training more than 300 teachers in Madhya Pradesh. At Dil Se Khelo, Jaya held multiple roles including Curriculum Lead, Senior Program Lead, and Program Lead, focusing on designing sports curriculums and managing interventions in over ten schools in Delhi. Jaya contributed to Teach For India as a Fellow and on the Recruitment Committee, successfully attracting over 500 dedicated leaders to the movement. Jaya also held the position of President at the Vishalakshi Foundation, managing significant fundraising efforts and volunteer initiatives, and led a theatrical production with the Jazba Theatre group. Currently pursuing multiple advanced degrees, Jaya holds a B.Com from Ramanujan College and has completed a Foundation Course in Yoga.
