Laurie Cusic is the President and Founder of Beacon Leadership Strategies, LLC., Beacon Leadership Development, Inc., and Beacon Leadership Development - Crestcom Franchisee. Currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Burlington Medical, Laurie has vast experience in training & talent development, as well as holding leadership positions at various companies such as Galen US, Ashfield, and Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, Inc. Laurie is also a volunteer President of the Board of Directors at Integrate for Good. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing from Central Washington University, Laurie brings a wealth of expertise in management and leadership development to their roles.
