Christina Staab Ford

Christina Staab Ford serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Fitch Irick Corporation since August 2024, where responsibilities include fostering a balanced, people-centric, and performance-centric environment while providing strategic leadership in developing human resources policies and programs. Previously, Christina worked as an HR & OD Consultant at Ashlin Associates from November 2023 to January 2024, partnering with clients to implement human capital strategies. As the Human Resources Director at AccessOne from July 2020 to November 2023, Christina led various people functions, focusing on compensation, talent management, and organizational culture. Christina's experience also includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at SnapAV, where participation in HR operations and compliance was key. Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Law Studies from Binghamton University.
