With experience at various companies such as American Apparel, Free People, and One World Apparel, Nikala has demonstrated expertise in overseeing the development of garments from design through production. Nikala has also founded their own vintage retail company where Nikala manages day-to-day retail strategies, product sourcing, and marketing. Nikala holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design, Merchandising, and Production from Iowa State University.
