Chrp Stephanie Rous

Stephanie Rous, CHRP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Burlington Public Library since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Metroland Media Group from June 2015 to July 2021 in various HR positions, including Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities included HRIS management, employee relations, collective agreement administration, and pension plan management. Stephanie's earlier experience includes positions as Customer Service Supervisor at The Mississauga News, HR Coordinator at Emterra Group, and Human Resources Assistant at The Hamilton Spectator. Education includes a Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate from Mohawk College and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours from McMaster University, with a double major in Sociology and English.
