Andrea Fylypovych

Andrea Fylypovych is a seasoned professional in organizational development and transformation, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Transformation and Director of Organizational Development at Burlington Stores, Inc. Previous roles include Manager of Organizational Development at the same company and HR & Communications Specialist at Arkema. Andrea began the career as a Human Resources Intern at the Gift of Life Donor Program, followed by an internship in HR & Communications at Arkema. Currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Leadership & Performance Coaching at Brown University School of Professional Studies, Andrea also holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
