Doug Kreyenhagen

Doug Kreyenhagen has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc. since 2012. Prior roles at Burlington include Region Human Resource Manager, Store General Manager, and Region Operations Manager. Previously, Doug spent nearly two decades at Sears Holdings Corporation from 1993 to January 2012, holding positions such as Region Trainer Operations Manager, Store General Manager, District Human Resource Manager, and District Automotive Manager. Doug is an alumnus of Northern Kentucky University.
