Kenneth Peschier

Kenneth Peschier currently serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Protection at Burlington Stores, Inc. since 2024. Previously, Kenneth held multiple positions at Dollar General from 2011 to 2023, including Vice President of Asset Protection and Senior Director of Store Operations and Asset Protection. Prior experience includes Divisional Merchandising Director at Walmart for a brief period in 2010-2011, and Manager of Retail Store Operations and Merchandising at Accenture from 2007 to 2010. Kenneth's career began at Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc. and SUPERVALU, Inc., where roles ranged from Assistant Category Manager to Buyer and Planner from 1991 to 2007. Kenneth is also a Certified Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Boston College (1995-1999) and Six Sigma training from Six Sigma Academy (2005-2007).
