Melanie Wood

Melanie Wood is an experienced professional in Learning and Development with a progressive career in training management. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Burlington Stores, Inc. since April 2019, Melanie previously held the position of Manager of Training and Development at Philadelphia Energy Solutions, LLC from August 2015 to April 2019. Earlier in career, Melanie was the Education and Development Manager at Sephora from September 2004 to January 2013.
