Natasha Rupp

Natasha Rupp is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in employee relations and compliance. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at BBSI since August 2019, Natasha previously held significant roles including Human Resources Director at Shield HealthCare and Director of Employee Relations at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group. Additionally, Natasha has extensive experience from Target, where roles included Regional Employee Relations Compliance Senior Manager and Regional HR Manager, overseeing compliance and employee relations across multiple regions. Earlier career positions included Human Resources Manager roles at various Target and Mervyn's locations. Natasha holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business French from the University of Iowa.
