Nicholas Marzock

Nicholas Marzock, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Learning & Development at Burlington Stores, Inc., where responsibilities include developing and managing enterprise-wide learning solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs. Previously, at Wakefern Food Corp., Nicholas held several roles, culminating as Retail Learning Supervisor, where oversight included the development of training programs for over 70,000 associates across numerous retail outlets. Prior experience includes roles in human resources management at ShopRite Supermarkets and a leadership position at GIANT Foods Stores, LLC. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
