Paul Calderon

Paul Calderon serves as the SVP of Store Innovation, Planning & Construction at Burlington Stores, Inc. since 2016, where responsibilities include representing property development and facilitating executive committee discussions regarding retail store and corporate facility design and construction. Prior to this role, Paul held senior leadership positions at Kohl's Department Stores from 2004 to 2016, overseeing store environment and development, and at Target from 1992 to 2004, where Paul directed innovation strategies and store formats. Earlier career experience includes architectural management and design roles at companies such as JGA, Group 3 Design, Hoellrich & Associates, and Forum Architects. Paul holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
