Phillip Rivera

Phillip Rivera is an accomplished professional in the field of asset protection and loss prevention, currently serving as the District Asset Protection Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc. since May 2022. With extensive experience spanning over a decade, Phillip previously held the position of Loss Prevention Supervisor at The TJX Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included managing supply chain investigations and overseeing multiple facilities. Additionally, Phillip has been an active member of the Board of Directors for the Loss Prevention Organization of the Caribbean, contributed as an Area AP Investigator for Sports Authority, and served in various roles within Walmart and G4S Security Services. Phillip holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BBA in Human Resources Management from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, alongside certification in Interview and Interrogation Techniques from Wicklander - Zulawski & Associates.
