Shannon Shaddow

Shannon Shaddow, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Shannon currently serves as the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Burlington Stores, Inc., a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, Shannon worked as a Senior Recruiter at Bath & Body Works and White Barn from January 2017 to October 2021. Shannon also served as a Corporate Recruiter, focusing on the U.S. and Latin America regions, at ASICS America from April 2015 to January 2017. Shannon's earlier experience includes roles as a Recruitment/Human Resources Manager at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa from September 2013 to April 2015, and from May 2011 to August 2013. Shannon began their career as an Employment/HR Coordinator at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix from June 2010 to May 2011.
