Klodian Istrefi has a strong background in the cement industry, with experience in various managerial roles at Fushe Kruja Cement Factory and FLSmidth. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at BWSC, Klodian's expertise lies in driving global sales, managing production and process operations, and ensuring quality control. With a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Tirana, Klodian also has a solid foundation in research and development within the building materials industry.
