Nicole Couch is an experienced senior travel consultant at AAA since July 2023, with a robust background in operations management as the Onsite Daily Operations Manager at Burn Boot Camp since July 2018. At Burn Boot Camp, Nicole has demonstrated expertise in franchise development and client engagement, overseeing office operations and communication for senior management. Previously, Nicole worked as a Supervisory Concierge Agent at Wishes Family Travel from July 2013 to December 2019, where leadership skills were employed to manage a team of six and enhance customer satisfaction.
