Claudio Bortolussi

Claudio Bortolussi is a retired principal with extensive experience in educational leadership, having served in the Burnaby School District - SD41 since September 1991. Claudio currently operates a consulting company, Global Leadership Community Building (GLCB), focusing on enhancing organizational culture and efficiency through the integration of social-emotional leadership. Claudio's work emphasizes building strong, supportive environments that promote both organizational and personal growth. Additionally, Claudio has developed a series of presentations addressing concepts of belonging, community, and purpose within organizations. Claudio holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Education from UBC.
