Landon Smith, CPHR, CLC, is currently the Manager of Human Resources Canada at BURNCO Rock Products Ltd. Prior to this, Landon held various roles in HR at companies such as Amazon and Trimac Transportation, where Landon led teams and implemented strategies focused on employee experience, talent management, and diversity & inclusion. Landon also has experience in roles such as Business Analyst - Human Capital at Deloitte Canada and People & Culture Project Coordinator at WestJet. Throughout their career, Landon has demonstrated strong business acumen, data analytics skills, and the ability to successfully lead HR initiatives.
