Magdaline Costa

Magdaline Costa is an experienced Flow Cytometrist at Burnet Institute since January 2017, with a robust background in biological research from Monash University, where roles included Senior Research Officer and various Research Fellow positions from July 1999 to January 2017. Contributions include significant work on haematopoiesis, the development of gene targeting protocols utilizing DNA vectors for fluorescent protein expression, and investigating the fibrinolytic enzyme system. Magdaline holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biology from Monash University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in the same field, alongside a Bachelor of Education from the University of Melbourne.
