Karim Ismail is an Associate at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP since August 2022, having previously served as a Student-At-Law at the same firm from May 2021 to September 2021. Karim gained experience as a Parliamentary Legal Researcher with the Senate of Canada, working on federal legislation and policy development alongside Senator Brent Cotter from May 2020 to April 2021. Prior roles include a Summer Internship in the House of Commons with MP Chris Bittle, an Assistant Rehabilitation Counsellor at Brain Injury Community Re-Entry, a Front Desk Attendant at Niagara Parks Commission, and a Customer Service Representative with the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. Karim holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) in Public Health from Western University.
