Jason Grubb

Jason Grubb is an experienced Operations Manager currently at Burnham Composite Structures, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Jason held various positions at LMI Aerospace, including Supplier Quality Engineer and Operations Manager, from January 2018 to August 2023. Prior to that, experience includes roles at Spirit AeroSystems, The McGinty Machine Company, Inc., and Wright Implement, as well as self-employment in IT services. Early career highlights include positions at Apex Engineering International, TECT Aerospace, and Bombardier Aerospace, where Jason developed expertise in manufacturing and planning within the aerospace sector. Jason is an alumnus of Wichita State University.
