Brook Mckenzie

Brook McKenzie, LCDCI has extensive experience in various positions within different companies. From 2012 to 2014, Brook worked as a Senior Account Manager in Corporate Governance at Vendere Partners. Following that, from 2014 to 2015, Brook served as a Senior Account Manager in Corporate Technology at Timberhorn IT Solutions. In 2015, Brook joined New Method Wellness as the Director of Clinical Outreach, where they appeared as an expert on multiple episodes of the Dr. Phil Show and contributed as a published writer for U.S. publications. Most recently, Brook joined Burning Tree Programs in 2021 as the Chief Operating Officer.

Brook McKenzie, LCDC-I, has an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Marketing from Cedar Valley College, which was obtained from 2007 to 2009. In 1995 and 1996, Brook attended Northwestern University for Journalism but did not obtain a degree. In 2011 and 2012, Brook enrolled in the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies and earned an LCDC-I degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling. Additionally, Brook has obtained several certifications, such as Client and Patients Rights and HIPPA and Behavioral Health from Relias Learning in 2016, and an Arise Interventionist certification from ARISE Interventionist Training in 2015. Brook also holds a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern certification from the Texas Department of State Health Services, obtained in October 2012.
