Fiona Lugiano

Fiona Lugiano serves as the Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Ascentis since January 2002, where responsibilities encompass strategic planning, IT management, finance and accounts, estates management, quality assurance, compliance, and governance. Additionally, Fiona has been a Governor at Burnley College since July 2018 and previously held the role of Associate Lecturer at The Open University from 2006 to July 2015, teaching undergraduate courses focused on early years education. Earlier experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Secretary at Lancaster University and in Marketing and Research at Nottingham Trent University.
