Michael Bowden is currently working as an Engineering trainer / assessor at Burnley College since June 2022. Prior to this, Michael was self-employed as a Lean Manufacturing Consultant starting from December 2017. Before becoming self-employed, Michael worked at Marshall Aerospace from July 1995 to December 2017, where Michael held the role of Lean change agent / facilitator for Business improvement and innovation. Michael also worked at MARSHALL ADG LTD from July 2005 to November 2017 in a similar capacity. Michael has a wealth of experience in leading continuous improvement events, supporting production lines, and training lean thinkers within various businesses.
