Work Based Learning Training Coordinator at Burnley College

Rebekah Heys started their work experience in 2017 at Fort Vale Engineering Limited as an HR Apprentice Administrator. Rebekah then transitioned to the role of Apprentice Liaison Officer in July 2019 until January 2021. In January 2021, they joined Burnley College as a Trainer/Assessor, and in May 2021, they assumed the position of Work Based Learning Training Coordinator.

Rebekah Heys has a diverse educational background that includes various certifications and degrees. In 2013, they attended Edge Hill University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language. After that, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued their studies at Blackburn College (UK) and completed a degree program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, earning a CIPD Level 5 qualification. In 2020, they returned to Blackburn College (UK) again to further enhance their skills in Leadership and Management by obtaining a CMI Level 7 certification. Additionally, in September 2021, Rebekah acquired a Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace from City & Guilds.
