Sol Whittaker

Sol Whittaker currently serves as the Deputy Head of Department at Burnley College, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this, Sol owned and operated Whittaker Building and Joinery from April 2006 to January 2016. Sol is pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management at Lancaster University, expected to be completed in 2024, and holds a Higher National Diploma in Construction Management from Blackburn College, obtained between April 2002 and April 2004. Education also includes time at The University of Huddersfield from 2012 to 2014.
