Michal Prochaczek

Michal Prochaczek is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in designing steel and reinforced concrete structures across all design stages, including concept design and construction documentation. Currently serving as a Senior Structural Engineer at PM Group since March 2021, Prochaczek previously held similar roles at PMJ Sp. z o.o. and Ove Arup & Partners International Limited, where contributions spanned from engineering design to technical leadership as CTO. Early career experience includes working as an Assistant Structural Engineer at GBPBP PROJPRZEM S.A., specializing in drafting and finite element modeling. Prochaczek holds multiple MBA degrees from Stockholm University and Krakow University of Economics, as well as an MSc in Civil Engineering with a focus on structures from The Silesian University of Technology.
