Chip P. has a long and varied career in the fields of technology and eLearning. In 2020, they joined Burnout Game Ventures as Chief Learning Officer and Advisory Board Member. Prior to this, they served as CEO of Quality Learning from 2002 to 2018, Chief Product Officer of Market Traders Institute, Inc. from 2018 to 2015, Managing Partner of Sapiens Systems from 2015 to 2012, Chief Product Officer of InterviewStream from 2012 to 2010, Senior Consultant of CGI Federal from 2010 to 2007, Vice President of Community Education Partners/Accelerated Learning Solutions from 2007 to 2000, Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami from 1994 to 2000, and Sr. Vice President of Voyager Expanded Learning from 2000 to 1997. Chip also held the position of Director of Technology at Fort Bend ISD from 1997 to 1994.

Chip P. has a diverse educational background, having obtained a Ph.D. in Fisheries Science and Statistics from the University of Miami, an M.S. in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina, a B.S. in Biology and Fisheries Science from the University of South Carolina, and an A.A. in Computer Science and Business Management from Prince George's Community College.
