Jim Davis has been an Aviation Project Manager at Burns Engineering, Inc. since January 2018. Jim began their career as a Systems Engineer at Professional Systems Engineering, LLC. from May 2010 to September 2012. There, they were responsible for systems design and specification of electronic & physical security, tele/data, fire alarm, sprinkler, life safety, video surveillance (CCTV), Building Automation (BMS), access control and infrastructure in correctional facilities, airports, courthouses, police stations, and other government facilities.

Jim is certified by the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering & Land Surveying as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) - Oregon, by BICSI as a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), by The University of the State of New York Education Department as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) - New York, by the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) - Pennsylvania, and by the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) - Delaware.
