Rikki Dee Weaver

Rikki Dee Weaver, P.E. is a Senior Project Manager and Aviation Leader at Garver since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rikki worked as a Senior Project Manager at Bohler from April 2022 to October 2023, and held the position of Discipline Lead/Associate at Dunaway from September 2016 to April 2022. Early career experiences include serving as a Civil Engineer at Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. from February 2015 to September 2016, as an MWD Supervisor at Ryan Directional Services for a brief period in 2014, and as a First Mate at TopSails from October 2011 to June 2014. Rikki began the professional journey as a Construction Engineer at Nick Collins Construction from February 2010 to July 2011 and completed an internship in surveying at Carter Surveying in late 2009. Rikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2011.
