Jaffee D. has a comprehensive work experience in human resources and people management roles. Starting in 2002, Jaffee worked as a Head Gymnastics Coach at Oil City YMCA, providing leadership and instruction to the gymnastics team. In 2004, Jaffee transitioned into HR roles at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., serving as a Senior HR Operations Specialist and later as a Human Resources Generalist, where they administered benefits programs and supported leave of absence programs. From 2016 to 2018, Jaffee worked as an HR Manager at Piatt Sotheby's International Realty and Millcraft Investments, Inc., responsible for recruitment, training, and employee development. They then moved on to Compass Business Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, providing tailored services and HR advice to clients from various industries. Most recently, in 2021, Jaffee worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Employer Flexible before becoming the Director of People Experience at Burns Scalo Real Estate in December 2021.
